We walked across the street to the local grocer, stocked our refrigerator and enjoyed every moment of cooking for ourselves.
Everything was impeccable and in great condition. Not only was I blown away by the friendly people on the island, in general, our vacation was definitely topped off by our amazing accommodations at White Sands. While most people run to hotels, I was so glad we thought outside the box and opted for a home-away-from-home for our first trip to Barbados.
